Preparation and Fabrication

Sygato’s go-kart chassis is made out of steel alloy tubes with a personalized formula of chemical compositions ensuring performance and reliability. The Chassis & Sub components and key go-kart components are machined precisely to its tolerance limits and standards ensuring longevity, safety and reliability. Those components are welded inhouse by professional welders and technicians and the components are powder coated with a special 3 layer EP powder, ensuring the same shine for a long time.

Assembly and Component Integration

The semi-finished components are hand assembled inhouse by technicians, from skeleton to fully assembled and functioning go-kart.

Testing and Refinement

Fully finished go-karts are put under real time testing to ensure the built quality, safety, performance and packed ready to take on the tracks around the nation.

About the Founder

A lifelong motorsport enthusiast who built his first ATV at 16 and never stopped creating. Trained in Automobile Engineering at PSG Tech and earned a Master’s from Loughborough University. Raced nationally with multiple wins while leading award-winning SAE Baja builds. Gained world-class product development experience at Jaguar Land Rover. Now channels decades of hands-on engineering into Sygato Motors - crafting high-performance karts, mini bikes, and sports cars in Coimbatore.
