About Us
Sygato Motors was founded in 2023 by automobile engineer and race car driver Pravin Rajan, along with a small team of two engineers and two technicians. What began as a passion project to build better shifter karts for Pravin and his friends at a time when good karts were hard to find in Coimbatore quickly grew into a full-fledged engineering and manufacturing company.
Make in India
Our karts are produced in Pappampatti, Coimbatore, inside the factory of our parent company Sharp Garuda Farm Equipments Pvt. Ltd, part of Sharp Industries (established in 1977). With a legacy in precision engineering and machinery since 2014, this environment gives us the perfect foundation to build high-performance machines.
Engineering That Begins With an Idea – and Ends on the Track
Every Sygato product follows a rigorous design and development process. Concepts evolve into detailed CAD models and undergo engineering analysis before we fabricate the first prototype. Each prototype is tested extensively on the track, refined through multiple iterations, and then moved to a pilot batch before full-scale manufacturing.
Our kart chassis are built on a custom-designed chassis jig and welded by expert fabricators. Even our tubes are specially produced at a steel mill across the country, alloyed to our proprietary chemical composition, that we’ve developed through countless hours of testing. Most critical components are machined in-house to maintain accuracy and consistency.
The result? Karts that are light, quick, engaging, for the driver all while looking good, and at the same time, durable, and easy for technicians to maintain.
While the industry was saturated with standard 200cc rental karts, we set out to redefine performance. We’re proud to have built *India’s fastest production rental karts*, powered by 430cc Honda engines.
Beyond rental karts, we also produce specialized shifter karts with front brakes, caster pills, torsion bars, custom race karts, and even electric karts for select tracks. To showcase our engineering capabilities, we built a one-off *mid-engine 2-seater sports car with pushrod suspension*, used exclusively at track days.

Track Design & Turnkey Solutions
With experience across tracks in India, Malaysia, Dubai, and the UK and with civil and road-laying expertise within our team we also undertake Track design, surface engineering, and turnkey commissioning for karting facilities.
The Road Ahead
As the sport evolves, so will we. Our goal is to engineer new variants of rental karts that suit emerging needs, while also building advanced race karts for adrenaline seekers who demand more from their machines.
