CROSS KART
Sygato Cross Kart - a perfect blend between a go-kart and an ATV for tough terrain.
Designed for dirt lovers and the ones that belong in the jungle, our cross kart features a rock-solid powder coated 32mm alloy steel frame and a Dakar rally car style suspension system that soaks up the bumps and jumps.
For the powertrain, a reliable Honda GX200 engine coupled to a CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) does the duty. The CVT helps the vehicle climb 20 degree gradients, as well as propel the vehicle up to 45 kmph in it's governed form.
All this makes the cross kart an ideal vehicle for recreational use in farms. Unlike ATVs, the Low centre of gravity allows the vehilce to slide around corners at much higer speeds withput the risk of tipping over. The Honda GX200 engine coupled to the CVT makes it as less complicated as a powertrain can ever get.

Continuously Variable Transmission
The CVT helps maximize the output of the engine get to the wheels by infinitely varying the ratio between input and output shafts. This helps the vehicle achieve a gradeability of 20 degrees and also hit top speeds of 45 kmph on level ground.
Engine
Powered by a Honda GX200 engine, these are known for their power, reliability and ease of service. The engine puts out 7 HP in its regulated form. On special request, the engine can be ungoverned to increase top speed.
Suspension System
The cross kart features a Fully independent front suspension, and a 4 link rear trailing arm suspension with coil-overs with variable preload settings.
Wheels & Tyres
The cross kart comes with precision machined aluminium alloy wheels fitted with All Terrain tyres that provide excellent grip on loose soil and gravel.
